Eliza Zadluzna (Poland)

Eliza is the trainer of the „Youth In Action” Programme, since 2004 trainer of European Voluntary Service, trainer of the “Intercultural Navigators” Programme, trainer of the “Non-formal Academy of Project Quality”, coach of the youth groups, fundraiser, adviser of non-governmental organizations concerning their development. Coordinator of “YOU.VA – Young Volunteer Academy” which was aiming to support voluntary projects of the German minority youth living in Poland. Co-author of scientific and training publications.
Experience in working with NGO leaders, youth coaches, youth with fewer opportunities and students as well as working with international groups, including minorities and refugee groups in Poland, Finland, Luxembourg and Madagascar.
Specialization: intercultural education, trainings for youth workers and youth coaches, supporting organizational development using different tools (including Appreciative Inquiry).

Ihor Katernyak (Ukraine)

Founder and President, Ukrainian Distance Learning System (UDL System www.udl.org.ua), Lviv, Ukraine. Manager in Ukraine of University Business Development Centres Programe (UBDC). Advisor for World Bank, UNDP, EU projects in ICT Policy (value creation networks and e -services). Lecturing: course in Creativity & Innovation Management at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

Mike Waldron (United Kingdom)

Managing Director of inter-pares associates a London based consultancy specializing in transformational solutions built around diversity and inter cultural dialogue. Mike is chairman of the board of global tolerance, an international public affairs and communications consultancy working with values driven and committed clients around the world. Mike has worked in youth policy, governmental, non-governmental and inter-governmental roles. He has served as a ministerial civil servant in UK, an adviser to HRH The Prince of Wales on inter-faith and youth issues, as a policy maker and programme designer. Mike is a regular public speaker on the international stage and has been passionate about the IN programme since its inception. Mike was instrumental in the design stage of the programme, and the development of facilitator modules, in addition to his attendance at all five International networking events.

Mira Komlenovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina)

British Council EL teacher, teacher trainer and IN facilitator.
The wealth of her professional experience with the British Council and beyond has familiarised her with many areas of ELT. It gave her the opportunities and challenges related to teaching and training of people of different age as well as social, cultural and educational backgrounds. She has also worked successfully on course and curriculum design, syllabus development, training, and wide range of other areas in education.
Her areas of interest are training and coaching, professional development, capacity building and contributing to positive social change.

Oleksiy Soldatenko (Ukraine)

Aleksey Soldatenko is a professional in Public Relations and Media Relations. He is co-founder and Programs Director of the International Institute for Regional Media and Information. In addition he is owner and Director of the Image-Rost PR Agency, Programs Director of the “Journalists’ Initiative” Association. A trainer and training organizer with more than 10 years experience, working with his organizations on the training programs in cooperation with or sponsored by UNESCO, Council of Europe, MATRA, British Embassy, European Journalism Centre amongst others. 
Aleksey is a principal facilitator in the international Intercultural project of the British Council. Within the project he has trained 60 ‘navigators’ from all over Ukraine, and worked as a facilitator in the international Navigators delivery team in Bratislava (Slovakia).
As a John Smith Fellow, Aleksey has made presentations internationally, including at Tony Blair’s residence (2001). He has been instrumental in various programs in Budapest, Oxford, London, Edinburg, Leipzig, Paris, Maastricht.
He is also co-author of the book “Profession: Journalists”.

Tatjana Kiilo (Estonia)

Tatjana Kiilo joined the team of Intercultural Navigators in summer 2008. She also works for the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research as Chief Expert of Foreign Relations Division. Tatjana Kiilo was educated at the University of Tartu and holds a Master of Public Administration degree. Since 2006 Tatjana has been delivering lecturers in Public Administration at the University of Tartu and since 2009 continues her studies at PhD level in Sociology. Tatjana Kiilo has an experience with youth projects, voluntary activities and NGO´s management.

Tristan Ace (Poland)

I am originally from London but at the moment I live in Krakow. It has been a great privilege to have worked in many countries involved in the Intercultural Navigators project, including Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, the UK and Israel.

Yaropolk Tymkiv (Ukraine)

Doctor in Political Science (2007, Ukraine), Doctor of Arts in Political Science (2008, Poland). International relations expert, outside consultant for Committee for European Integration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Senior Lecturer for the Chair of International Information of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Board member of Braille Foundation: Lviv territorial foundation for social protection of the blind, President of the Euroclub of Lviv youth organization, trainer and facilitator for “Intercultural Navigators” project of the British Council.
